Dear HR...

All of the HR people that I know in the universe are being put through the ringer with everything happening with Covid-19, and teams working remotely, making sure employees are safe, being at the heart of conversations about tons of decisions like when to reopen offices or workspaces or not, keeping track of constantly changing state and federal laws, rehiring if people were furloughed or laid off, dealing with confirmed Covid cases and contact tracing, and navigating so many millions of other things right now.

And while HR are the ones to constantly support everyone else in the organization, they often have the least amount of support themselves. Because of that, this week is dedicated to saying:

Hey HR,

You’re doing a great job.

If you know someone in HR, or someone who is responsible for all the work that HR would be in charge of, take a moment to send them this video, or a note of appreciate to acknowledge them and their hard work. Things are nuts, they need support too.
