Let's do something fun and simple this week: let's add some kindness to the universe.
Workplaces and the world can always use a little more kindness.
Your challenge:
This week, go do something incredibly kind for three different people at work. Something meaningful and nice with intention.
Go connect with someone to appreciate them, or write them a really thoughtful note, give them kudos in front of your team, be creative, or obvious, just make it a point to do something to brighten and make those people's day.
There’s just one caveat:
As a bonus item here, I challenge you to have one of those people be someone that you maybe butt heads with sometimes, or don't always get along with, or aren't best friends with. Make peace with someone this week.
It feels good to be kind, and it feels really great to be the recipient of someone else’s kindness. So let's get into that this week. Intentionally adding some good to the world with something nice and meaningful for someone doesn’t cost you anything or take very much time, and it has a huge impact on other people and teams in general. Go spread some love.
