Today we're diving into accountability green flags — traits and behaviors that define what accountability looks like in action. These are the people you want on your team, they elevate team culture and productivity inside any team and organization.

1. No Excuses, Just Ownership

They don't make excuses. While there are a million reasons to justify slip-ups and mishaps, highly accountable people own their actions. They don't deflect blame or avoid responsibility. They don’t have a problem owning, "This is on me."
