Unpack The “Why” & Communicate Change With Transparency
When it comes to change within teams and companies, unpack the "why" and be transparent about decisions to obtain buy-in avoid pushback. I also address an important dynamic around change that will sabotage success which is when middle level management, or anyone responsible for communicating changes, does it in a way that creates an us vs them attitude between leadership and the team.

The bottom line in any organization facing changes is that to have any chance at success, the whole team needs to be on board.
