Kaitlyn M. Monahan

Kaitlyn is our Executive Assistant, specializing in keeping this ship sailing through organization and joyfully being of service. Graduating magna cum laude from The University of Texas at Austin (Hook em’ Horns!) with a dual B.A. in Humanities Honors & Rhetoric and Writing and a minor in Anthropology, Kaitlyn has always shown the motivation and skill to fulfill her dream of leaving behind a more equitable and loving world. 

When Kaitlyn isn’t changing the world with Shift Yes, you’ll usually find her reading while snuggling with her dog. You can also find Kaitlyn outside camping, hiking, and enjoying nature when she’s not writing, playing board games, and crushing it at Mario Kart.
