This is a week of gratitude and I want to say thank you so much!

I am incredibly grateful for you being here, being signed up and part of the Culture Drop and for all of your comments, engagement, and interactions.

I do this work hoping that it will impact people and I'm so floored that so many of you are here opening emails, watching the videos, and reading the blogs.

I also wanted to say thank you for all of the feedback. We send out a couple of surveys to check in and see how we’re doing, and I read every single one of those. The stories about how teams and individuals are using the content and how it has been valuable is truly food for my soul. I have used many of your topic suggestions as well so thank you for those great ideas.

I truly read every bit of feedback and take it to heart. It’s sweet and lovely and I have definitely cried a number of times (in a good way) while reading some of your comments and testimonials. It feeds my soul in a way that I cannot adequately express in words. Thank you a million times over.

A couple of quick things to address.

First, if you ever have topic suggestions or feedback, you can reply to any of the Culture Drop emails.

Email replies go to me as well! I'd love to hear what you have to say.

I thought I would also take this opportunity to address something I’ve read a couple times. More than once someone has suggested something to the effect of, "It would be awesome if you did in-person workshops or virtual trainings with teams.” And just so you know, I do. So in event that any of you follow my content but didn't know, I do keynotes at conferences. I do skills training and development with teams, and I work with leadership teams and orgs guiding them through establishing intentional, exceptional culture. Now you know :)

My website (you’re here!) has a lot of information in terms of different categories and topics that I teach about, and work directly with companies on.

Lastly, some sad news…

I recently had to say goodbye to my cat, Pinky. She was 21 years old and has been my partner and sidekick for over 20 of those years. Best cat ever, hands down. She's been in a lot of Culture Drop videos and outtakes and been our unofficial team mascot. So in this week’s video we included a little tribute with some great moments and footage as a way to say goodbye to Pinky. She’ll be missed and always take up a special space in our hearts.

That’s it, I love you. Be good to each other. Be grateful.

Galen.
